Our Republic was founded by people tired of kings and the tyranny of their reigns. This is one reason the Constitution was crafted. Checks, balances, limits on power, to protect The People and Democracy. Unlimited terms of Congressional Representatives is in direct Opposition to this Constitutional Ideal that so many Americans have Fought, Spilled Blood, and Died for. Pass a Constitutional Amendment limiting the number of terms a Congressional Representatives to no more than 3. This provides plenty of time for the member of Congress to serve Our Democratic Republic with Honor and be Effective in Crafting the People's Will. This Amendment will Empower not diminish the Constitution by protecting it from the corruption and tyrannies it was so long ago created to Defend.
