Sponsor a constitutional amendment removing all current members of Congress and forcing election of all-new members

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to eject all sitting members of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Sec. 1. All members of Congress in office as of 7 November 2016 are hereby removed from office effective 20 January 2017.

Sec. 2. General elections for all seats in Congress shall be held on 8 November 2016.

Sec. 3. No person who was already serving in Congress as of 7 November 2016 is eligible for election on 8 November 2016 to any other seat in Congress.

Sec. 4. No person who was serving in Congress as of 7 November 2016 is eligible to be appointed to a congressional vacancy after 8 November 2016 for the equivalent of 3 terms of the House or 1 term of the Senate.
