Dear Obama Administration,
I would like to petition the United States Government to sponsor the creation of an International Court of Human Rights. Although the European Court of Human Rights exists, it has no jurisdiction over citizens of countries living outside the European Union. There are billions of people living in oppressive regimes without recourse to a world court of human rights. If the International Court of Human Rights is created, oppressed citizens of nations with grievances could bring their cases before the Court. The International Court of Human Rights would have jurisdiction over all countries in the world.
