It is a Malicious and Evil practice for software developers and hackers to constantly ATTACK infrastructures in the public, commercial and private domain. The People need protection from these individuals that seek to destroy their property. Short sentences or being diverted to work for Government agencies should never substitute for the reality that those endangering the Internet and/ or personal Computers through distributing Viruses, Malware, SpyWare and any other 'routines' that INFILTRATES systems trough the internet.
It is destructive and economically debilitating in these repressive economic times.
The CRIMINAL sentence should and MUST BE DEATH for those that would Isolate the Americans both public and private by these activities and crimes.
