The undersigned assert that President Obama and numerous members of the Congress have expressed their desire to severely restrict lawful ownership of firearms in the United States of America.
Senator Feinstein indicates that she will sponsor legislation that would include the potential for confiscation of currently-legal firearms and accessories.
We the undersigned believe that taking such steps would be a blatant violation of our Second Amendment rights as expressed in the Bill of Rights and, therefore, would be unconstitutional.
Therefore, we petition President Obama to bring the issue to public clarity by leading an initiative to repeal the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. In this way the citizenry will fully understand the true nature of this diabolic agenda.
