The term and device known as "Lottery" has long since been utilized to raise revenue for state and federal budgets. Both the local state and federal government make an uncontested profit from each and every losing ticket or device sold. The blessed lottery winner often has to lose up to 50% of the winning value in addition to the tax revenue generated. How much more enthusiasm & profitability could be infused into the system if the laws allowed those blessed winners to keep 100% of the winning value? Additionally, what if the bill locked 30% of the tax revenue generated toward individual state, and federal debt reduction? Could this be a win-win for the tax paying lottery player and the local state & federal government? Please lend your support to this simple legislation? Thank you.
