A petition to prevent state agencies from removing children from stable homes except in clear cases of abuse and neglect. Not for disagreements with medical authorities ("medical kidnappings") or similar ambiguous reasons. Also to enforce custodial rights, unless said rights are clearly and legally terminated.
Recent events let hospitals and/or medical authorities remove children from their parents for "medical reasons", often just because of disagreements with diagnosis (such as parents seeking second opinions or alternative therapies) or simple misunderstandings.
