Sponsor a screening of "The Ladies Man" starring Tim Meadows

In these trying times, perhaps the best thing the government could do for the people is to lift their collective spirits via a screening of the amusing and seldom watched comedic movie "The Ladies Man" starring Tim Meadows. The cost for this initiative would be quite low since I am sure the patriotic duty of Paramount Pictures and Lorne Michaels would cause them to allow this screening for free. Also, surely Billy Dee Williams is available to provide humerous anecdotes about the production of the film, which would only increase the hilarity, thus further improving the psyche of the American people. Please note that consumption of Courvoisier during this screening should be up to each individual and will not be condoned by the Obama administration.
