The Federal Government has endangered the future of the United States and that of childrens and children's children by reckless spending and a severe lack of governing by the Legislative Branch. To ensure that future generations of American's will have the opportunity and mean's to have Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness, two additional constraints must be imposed on the Federal Government. One, The Federal Government must maintain a balanced budget throughout the fiscal year. Two, term limits on Congress must be set and if Congressional approval slips below 25%, Congress can not receive any compensation such as pay or benefits until job performance improves in the eyes of the United States citizen.
