A friend of mine is clearly miserable in her marriage. she wants out of the marriage, she is very unhappy and unable to move on in life with a loved one. i request a petition be written for spouses both men and women to be free of a marriage that is solely making him or her miserable and sad. It should be up to the one wanting to end the marriage to request his or her freedom and a small settlement given to the one, that is making the spouse miserable and sad and wont let go. .
