Srart Confirmation process for Garland to Supreme Court

To petition Congress to begin a meaningful confirmation process for newly appointed Justice Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court.
It is time for people to demand that the Senate do the job they were elected to do, and exercise their duties and uphold the oath each and every one took to preserve and protect the Constitution The Constitution is clear that the President SHALL make an appointment when a vacancy arises on the bench of the nations Supreme Court and the Senate SHALL begin a confirmation process. The Constitution says nothing about obstructing that process for political convenience.
