To preserve quality of life to those peoples that qualify in transition from legally applying for Social Security Disability benefits to receiving their first payment. The program will consist of funds collected by donation of monies or materials either by public, private, or Corporations or states and countries including other charity foundations that wish to contribute shares of their own to be converted to cash and deposited in a private account in which no government, country, state or municipality may procure a loan.
Said monies will reach a mature goal of not less than two hundred and fifty million dollars per state that participates as a member of this program governed by the originating state/county/city which will be known as "GAP" Headquarters, Georgia Assistance Program.
