Stabilize the economy through a temporary tax

Enact a temporary tax on corporations and those making $250k or more.
The increased tax would remain in place until: employment rates rise significantly; worker pay increases to a prosperous level; a single income family can afford a home; education is affordable to all that want it; health care is affordable for all.
And until shelter, health care, clean healthy food water and air are a right.
