Iam currently holding H1b and i have a job at a fortune 500 company. I am planning to go to India for stamping and i have only 3 weeks of vacation. I heard that the stamping in India is difficult as they are giving lot of Administrative quires.It would be really helpful if we don't have to visit the home country and get stamped in USA. The reason iam saying is even though we got visa after the administrative process we are losing jobs as we only took 3 or 4 week vacation and the administrative processing is taking 4 to 6 months.
