I petition the president of the united states who is also commander and chief of the military which includes the department of defense which houses the VA.This makes the president commander and chief of the VA.The Gulf War Veterans of desert storm are sick and dying,and we need Barrack Obama to finaly stand up to the DOD and VA and investigate the massive DOD cover up.not only for the purpose of telling the truth but to also prosecute the main task force that intiated the cover up.The DOD knew about the exposures in the early 90's and spent Billions trying to cover up and funded institutions to rebut the evidence.There is old and new evidence not only medical evidence but physical.
