In the health care bill, loan forgiveness for health care workers and those who educate health care workers in difficult to service areas was established. We need more programs like this for other degrees, instead of the Ryan budget, supported by Mitt Romney, which wants to cause interest on student loans to go up and 170 billion dollars to be taken out of Pell Grants. Please commit to the signers that you will veto any budget- Ryan or otherwise that aims to kill student grants and loans. In addition, please commit to working with congress to create more programs for student loan relief like in the health care bill.
