Why can't every nation that lost citizens take 1 ground troop to the crash site of flight MH17 and tell the rebels , "We are here to recover our dead and the plane. We are not here for your conflict, but we are going to see to the proper recovery of our dead. If you want to live move out of the way."
There were babies and children on that flight, and all of the victims deserve better than rotting in a field being picked over by scavengers. I know the US alone wouldn't be able to accomplish this without a war, but aren't we taught together we stand, divided we fall.
What is the point of foreign policy if when a tragic act such as this doesn't get fellow nations to join and stand together.
