Need stronger regulations for each county, city and state throughout the USA and put limitations on HOA's fees PASSED to new homeowners and policies to protect the people on fees being passed on from the previous owner.
Each county does what ever they want, need standards and stronger regulations in place through the USA. Which will applied to all the people the same,
regardless, what county, city and state. Should be applicable as a standard law the governs the people best interest and not theirs alone.
These homes that are being sold illegally, many times over per county and years of fees passed on to the new homeowner, is unethical.
Each state, city and county are governing themselves at their own interest, they make their own rules and laws.
