standardization of car headlights

Created by H.P. on December 17, 2012

Standardization of headlight intensities
There are now headlights on cars that are so brilliant for other drivers (whether coming toward you or behind you) that they are blinding. The bright lights affect people with night blindness, older people, people with chronic migraines and many other drivers. Such unnecessarily bright lights should not be allowed. These lights are much brighter and dangerous than facing oncoing high beams. This peition calls for a limitation on the brightness of all headlights.
