The intent of this petition is to standardize the disability compensation that a veteran receives. It is felt that any service member that is medically discharged should automatically be rated at 100% disability. Some of the reasons why all service members and veterans should be rated at 100% disability are, different regions rate differently. Veterans report unfair rating practices. Veterans that are medically discharged have a harder time holding gainful employment. Secondary conditions are hard to get rated. If it is know that all soldiers are to receive 100% disability then the military will not be so fast to discharge the soldier.Upon approval all veterans will recieve a 100% disability rating.
