1. Establish a non-partisan body empowered to standardize and conduct federal elections across all states
2. Voting related rules, procedures, and voting hours for federal elections should be consistent across all states
3. No changes related to voting may be allowed to have an effect of showing bias in restricting any one demographic group more than another
4. Any change related to voting should first be enacted in a non-presidential election
5. Restrict outside groups from polling places and polling lines
6. Encourage voting through tax credits for voting
7. Encourage voting through an amendment that would base the number of representatives allocated to each state on the number of voters
8. Require states to cast their electoral votes for the candidate that wins the national popular vote
