Constantly changing voter id laws, days of voting availability and numbers and placements of polling places is diminishing the ability of all our citizens to have an equal voice by virtue of their vote. There should be one standard that applies to all elections for federal positions to include Presidential, Senate and House of Representatives. Local partisan officials should not be allowed to constantly tinker with the system to try to gain an advantage. The "Right" to vote is the most sacred and important of our rights as Americans and should not be subject to partisan tinkering at any level. Voting should be made as efficient and available as possible to all citizens where ever they live in the United States. No changes should be allowed within 12 months prior to a federal election.
