All Elections should be standardized to protect the right to vote.
1) New rules need to be established to prevent "gerrymandering"
2) All elections should be "All Mail" balloting.
"Gerrymandering" is counterproductive to representational government. All politicians should be accountable to the voters in their district and the districts should not be drawn to form a "one party" majority.
All Mail balloting has many benefits and few drawbacks as proven by states who have conducted all mail elections for years (Oregon since 1998 and Washington since 2012).
1) It saves millions of dollars per state
2) Increases voter turnout
3) No long lines
4) Signature verification safeguards against fraud
5) Drop box option protects ballots from being tampered with
