Plan outline
The basic concept behind the plan was initially stated to be to reduce 1000 years of America’s barbarism, to less than 51 years and establish Constitution de United States. The Foundation of Constitution de United States appears to have been the original version of the plan. Not because Obama did not have wider aspirations, but because that was as far as it was originally worked out by Obama himself.
