I am appealing to Obama Administration and US Law makers to consider stamping permanent residency to advanced degree holders in the field of STEM. Though it is said that many ineligible students will come to USA via admissions into universities, then governament can give permanent residency based on point system. Higher points given for high teir universities and lower points for low teir universities. Also, give points for work experience in their respective field. It can also be done such a way that stapling the green card to ones passport after advanced degree is done only to students with 2 years of work in USA on H1B visa. Countries like UK, Australia, and other Europian countries grants residency and citizenship for students coming to their country and have strict student visa rules.
