Start a 15% flat Tax for U.S.Corporations on any profits they report to wall street to eliminate off shore tax havens.
Major U.S. Corporations are not paying their fare share of taxes by shuffling or moving profits offshore thru shell corporations or divisions. While still reporting the profit gain on Wall Street and expect to drive the stock price up while not supporting the country by paying taxes on the profits.
I would suggest a simple 15% flat tax on all profits reported to Wall Street for all publicly traded companies.
