We the People of the United States certify that Corporations are NOT citizens and do NOT have the rights of Citizens. We maintain that corporations are merely legal fictions which have as their sole purpose, the generation of a profit.
Therefore we declare:
A Constitutional Amendment which makes it a 20 year Felony for a person or a Corporation to offer a bribe (in ANY way, shape or form) to a Public Official. Public Officials include Members of Congress, Legislators, and Regulatory Officials. If the offender is a Corporation the individuals to be held accountable shall be the Board, President, CEO and CFO, of that corporation. Liability shall be held to be jointly and severally. We The People specify that it is ALSO a 20 year felony to accept, or not report, any such bribe or attempt.
