START CAMPAIGN TO CANCEL CHINA'S MEMBERSHIP TO THE UN SECURITY COUNCIL FOR CHINA'S VIOLATION OF UNCLOS 1982,HUMAN RIGHT

Since a month, China government has conducted Haiyang Shiyou 981 oil rig standoff in Vietnam territory that China claims its territory with groundless statements
- To support this dangerous move, China mobilizes hundreds of ships including coast guard ship, fisheries surveillance ships, navy ships and planes to the site where these invading tools hit Vietnamese law enforcement ships, sink Vietnamese fishing boats legally and peacefully operating in Vietnam waters.
- This move of China that causes a serious violation of UCLOS 1982 and a dangerous precedent, a country's invasion of other country's territory, causing insecurity in regional waters. China doesn't deserve to be UNSC member.
We hereby lodge a petition to start a campaign to cancel China's membership in the UN Security Council.
