We petition the Obama administration to:
*Create an Institute for the study of Humanoid technologies to address the inevitable use of such technologies within American society.
*Allocate funds for Humanoid studies in the form of grants given to High Schools, Colleges and Universities within the United States.
*To conduct an on going National security assessment of Humanoid technologies, now and well into the future.
*Work alongside the United Nations in ensuring the responsible development and use of military machines.
*Direct agencies, organizations and companies to develop Humanoid to protect school children through-out the United States.
*Fund research for the use of Humanoid technologies for space exploration and settlement
