Police brutality is a BIG issue in the U.S.. Police officers are brutalizing citizens, un-lawfully arresting them, illegally searching their homes, violating their rights, getting away with MURDER, etc. etc. The list goes on. There HAS to be an end to all this madness. But, if we have a Citizen Protection Agency (CPA), that protects our citizens AND their rights FROM crooked cops or any other law enforcement/government agent, There's a high chance of police corruption going down the drain.
