Simply put, construct the Enterprise. Why? Remember the Apollo program? During then we had doubled science graduates at every level, the program brought this country to glory. We're no longer #1, and we need something to reclaim that spot. Some may argue that the technology to do this may not exist, but neither did the technology to get to the moon. This is the USA, land of innovation. If it doesn't exist the by all means invent it. Don't let the present hold back what could be a great future.
