Start declaring the blood type of a citizen on his/her identification card.

I believe that a person's blood type should be identified on a person identification because it would help prevent deaths of citizens during emergency blood transfusion situations. Also this wold be helpful on the medical professional side when patients are non responsive and critical information is needed. This would also be a helpful initiative for people to know more about their blood type and may be able to assist in different medical situations.
