Start deconstructing businesses that are too big to fail.

Created by J.S. on February 10, 2013

Goal:
I would like the government to help by starting to break down large companies into smaller ones so that if they fail they won't take down the country.

Reasons:
1) It will add more competition in the marketplace. Smaller companies and more brands will bring down prices with each company trying to better the other.
2) It will allow the government not to be afraid of prosecuting a business because of fear of economic collapse. (http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/2012/June/12-crm-742.html) (http://www.nbcnews.com/business/report-hsbc-allowed-money-laundering-lik...)
3) Failure is a part of the economic system. (http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=newsarchive&sid=aJ8HPmNUfchg)
