Start a Discussion on Allowing School Principals & Teachers to Carry a Concealed Firearm to Protect Their Students

Created by J.W. on December 17, 2012

Start a discussion to allow school principals and their teachers to carry a concealed firearm to protect their students during school hours. This can be done by providing advanced emergency response training and firearms training to facilitate increased effectiveness in the event that an active shooter is present on or near school property. Such a provision should also include a full evaluation of the teachers background and their competency with a firearm during a hostile situation. This could significantly decrease or eliminate casualties incurred during such an event.
