The architects of the U.S. Constitution designed a government with checks and balances which would ensure sovereignty 'by consent of the governed' residing in the collective autonomous states; the Federal government being severely limited by the 10th amendment. THE PURPOSE OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WAS TO PROVIDE FOR THE COMMON DEFENSE OF CITIZENS AND SECURE THE BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY, AMONG THE SOVEREIGN NATIONS OF THE WORLD, TO US AND OUR POSTERITY!
This is no longer the case. The Federal government has insinuated itself into control of every element of our lives and liberties until we must petition an unaccountable government and/or courts to give back the rights usurped by the Washington elite. Thus we respectfully petition to cease injustices TO Americans and restore Liberty FOR Americans!
