Due to the low number of enlistees, we should seriously think about starting the draft up again not to fight a war but so we can add enough numbers to our military ranks. Not only would it benefit our country but it will benefit the individuals asked to step up for their country and put 2 years down for active duty service. It will also benefit the active duty service members who are asked to return to combat only after a few months of coming home because there are not enough recruits. It will add discipline to our youth, show them leadership and it will help give them confidence but most importantly it shows them who they are. Great respectful Americans who served their nation when called.
