Every individual who receives welfare should be drug test to qualify and to stay on the government funded aid. The drug testing should be required for everyone being claimed and should have to be paid for by the recipient.
Hard working individual are drug test at their jobs or when they go on workmen's comp., so why shouldn't individuals get government aid have to do the same.
