Members of congress should cut their benefits before they cut others. Taxpayer money should go to help the people first. Congress should get pension cuts,including former members, and healthcare premiums could go up. Let's quit paying for all the cars they lease. And unnessecary trips. I don't think we the taxpayers should be paying to rent a movie theater out for them either.
