To have NASA send 6 men and 6 women in a ship with space homes where they can sleep, drink ,and eat on the moon and in later time it will grow. I just think it is a way to begin space civilization on other planets and the moon would be a great start at it like Neil Armstrong once said up there one small step for man one giant leap for man kind and that would be are starting jump.
