The American people have had enough of a legislature that refuses to do their duly elected duty in refusing to even hold a hearing on any prospective Supreme Court nominee. It is incumbent upon them to uphold their Constitutional duties. Insomuch as they have completely shirked their duties to the nation and the people, we submit that impeachment proceedings be instituted against the individuals and that their pay be immediately suspended until such time as they have been impeached or have indeed done their jobs.
