The purpose of this petition is for President to start a Department of Justice investigation of the alleged electioneering by former President Bill Clinton, in accordance of both State and Federal laws in Massachusetts and Illinois during the democratic primary elections.
We are asking for a full investigation and prosecution of any and all electioneering violations under Federal and State electioneering laws including, but not limited to; Any electioneering laws under the e-CFR, §100.12 Identification (52 U.S.C. 30101(13)), Massachusetts ( 950 CMR 53.03(18); 54.04.22)), and Illinois (10 Ill. Comp. Stat. § 5/17‐29(a)), and all other Federal, State, and local electioneering laws that may apply from the dates of 2 March 2016 to 15 March 2016.
