Make a fund for creating a Hogwarts wizard school (hopefully by 2017). Then for qualified wizards ( like me), send letters by owl. This Hogwarts school will help in many ways. It will help start an education for young minds and other stuff... To afford the Hogwarts school, start a fund using tax dollars. Hopefully we can change the world with Hogwarts education. (make sure to add a statue of Shrek).
