Guns kill people. Pokemon do not or at least not humans (i assume the must kill other pokemon for food, territory, etc).
This petition is aimed at replacing all firearms with pokemon-like creatures for disputes, protections, wars, or anything else you would need a gun/weapon for.
If you don't believe this will help, try googling "murder rates in Kanto" and you won't find anything. Same goes for Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, or Unova...
