Start having people tested in order to vote on major elections, people should be educated before making a decision.

I believe the people of our country are misinformed of the candidates in the elections. If people were required to pass a test before they are aloud to vote, the outcome would be a much smarter choice. This is an important issue, uninformed people should not be making decisions this serious. Also test them on their biases to see if they're voting for race, religion, etc. People should make a decision about what counts.
