Begin an immediate Executive Branch/DoJ investigation into the illegal surveillance activity of the NSA to include anyone, director level or above, within the NSA or anyone to whom the NSA reports (including the President).
Prosecute anyone who knowingly ordered, allowed or performed surveillance of American citizens on American soil or anyone who knowingly used an excuse of national security to veil their illegal deeds at any time.
Make the penalties of these traitors so severe that nobody would ever think of violating the Constitution so egregiously ever again.
