President Obama told Congress in the passage of the 12-19-13 Budget that they should give him 1 Trillion dollars. because I visited Washington 1 month earlier for my 52th Birthday I suffered a vaginal infection which I sought treatment for in Virginia from a Indian doctor who gave me 1/2 the medicine I needed. Obama discriminated against me because of that infection and I am disabled and I am retired because of it. Congress violated my ADA rights which was passed specifically for me when I was in law school. He has also codified genocide against me and covers up treason. He violated his Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution taken 1-12-13. I pray that my petition is granted. The Constitution applies to everybody, not everybody but me which has been his philosophy since 11-6-08
