Start a infrastructure program to replace bridges, roads, sewage lines, etc. instead of trying to police the world.

To tell the government to quit trying to be the worlds policeman by wasting trillions of American dollars all over the world and instead invest in much needed infrastructure in our country. Such as replacing bridges, roads and sewage pipes, burying power lines and building weather shelters for it's citizens. This has been neglected for decades.
