Start an initiative to replace all aging water systems throughout the United States and supply clean potable water.

This petition is being created to bring up the point that we have aging water systems, unsafe water and aging infrastructure that isn't being replaced or repaired using the Americans tax dollars. The defense industry seems to be sucking the American public dry with new Drone initiatives every day while people are literally dying in Flint, Michigan due to irresponsibility.
We the people demand that the money that is taken from us is used responsibly to insure the health and safety of the American people and future generations.
