Our justice system is not equal as long as Clarence Thomas gets to lie on his tax returns for 13 years, as minor as he may think it was, without discipline while any other normal American would be disciplined pretty toughly by the IRS were they caught.
It is becoming clear to me that there are two types of people in this country, those who the justice system ignores their misdeeds and the rest of us who are busted for the same type of misdeed and sent to jail/prison.
Just because you're rich or hold public office, it does not mean you should get preferential treatment by justice system. That isn't American.
