Start by making spending cuts at the top.

Many Americans are at risk of loosing some of their much needed benefits. These cuts will mostly affect those Americans at the middle, and lower income levels. I petition the Government, to consider start making those cuts from the upper class Americans, which includes our elected officials. When elected into office, these leaders are entitled benefits, which ads to our deficit. Why not start off by making some cuts, at the top of our administration?
Social security is the biggest 401K plan, and a large majority of Americans are dependent on this funding to survive. Also, medicare is a essential necessity for a lot of our present, and future retirees.
Elected officials, and top Americans, will find it easier to survive if their benefits are reduced.
